"WHO PAYS FOR DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGE? PUBLIC FINANCES AND INTERGENERATIONAL TRANSFERS"
Around 40-60 experts from research, policy and NGOs will discuss in a confidential atmosphere the concept of National Transfer Accounts and the most recent findings of the AGENTA project. The programme starts with three talks offering brief insights into the methodology of National Transfer Accounts, the inclusion of time transfers into the concept of these accounts and how to apply these transfer accounts for evidence-based policy reforms. It will be followed by a panel debate, involving stakeholders from policy, NGOs and the media.
