Work Package 8
Objective
This work package uses the NTA-NTTA data set created in work packages 1 and 2 and the OLG-CGE model developed in work package 5 for making projections of the impact of population ageing under different scenarios, including alternative legal settings in some key variables.
Key deliverables
- D.8.1 Research report / paper on the potential impacts of non-harmonized tax laws on labour force incentives and "pension shopping."
- D.8.2 Final report on the effects of various reform scenarios on the public budget in ageing societies.
